We are particularly interested in consumer Internet ventures that significantly improve upon a large, poorly served existing consumer behavior or that have breakout potential by fundamentally rejecting conventional wisdom.

Other areas of particular interest include enterprise software-as-a-service, mobility, and the next generation of online advertising. While we have these areas of interest, we are open-minded. Our attitude is that you should stick with what you know, but not be afraid to embark on an adventure with an entrepreneur that moves you.

Extra points for clarity and brevity.

Your executive summary should address your initial product or service, how is it disruptive or break through, target customer, estimated size of your market, the technical approach, current team, why there is room for another company, any key partners who increase the likelihood of success, how you think you will make money, and any evidence of customer demand to date.
